clients with equipment procurement, ECI guarantees its impartiality in
the decision making process. ECI accepts no commission or compensation
from any manufacturers, agents or distributors whose products it recommends.
From time
to time, ECI may receive recommendations by manufacturers to train or otherwise
assist their customers. However, ECI pays no commission and offers no preference
to manufacturers which recommend ECI services.
